No trading desk between you and the beans. We buy directly from planters between Mananara Nord and Maroantsetra, on the northeast coast, cure and grade in house, and pack every carton ourselves — which is why we can tell you exactly which lot your vanilla came from.

Answers before you enquire
What is the commercial MOQ?
The commercial MOQ is 10 kg. Complimentary product samples are available before a commercial order; samples are not retail orders, and the buyer pays the stated shipping fee.
Which organic certifications can you provide?
USDA Organic and EU Organic certification through Ecocert. Downloadable copies and official verification links are provided above. Our team is trained in HACCP-based food-handling practices. This is operational training, not HACCP certification.
Which Incoterms can you quote?
FOB, CIF and DAP. Each quotation states the applicable Incoterms® version and named port or destination.
What export documents are available?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, a Certificate of Analysis upon request, and the Ecocert organic certificate. Destination-specific requirements are confirmed before PO approval.
Where have you exported?
China, France, Belgium, Germany, South Korea, the United States, Uruguay, Spain and Japan.
How quickly will you respond?
We respond within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday. Standard lead time is two weeks from receipt of payment. For small quantities, payment is 100% upfront. For larger quantities, the standard structure is 50% upfront and 50% after delivery, as confirmed in the quotation.
