This policy explains what happens to information you give us through madagascar-market.com, and what the advertising measurement on this site does. We sell organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla to businesses; this is a B2B site and we do not knowingly collect data from consumers or from children.

What we collect, and why
1. Your enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you type into it: your company, business website, country, buyer type, intended application, estimated volume, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, and any specifications or delivery notes you add. We use this only to answer you with pricing, availability and shipping terms, and to keep a record of the commercial discussion.
The form is delivered to our sales mailbox by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), which passes the message on and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with anyone else.
2. Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google. To understand which ads lead to real enquiries, this site can load the Google tag (Google Ads, conversion ID AW-18420847039). It sets cookies and identifiers in your browser that let Google recognise a return visit and attribute it to an ad.
Nothing is set until you choose. On your first visit, every measurement and advertising storage category is switched off. The banner at the bottom of the page asks you to accept or refuse; the tag only stores or transmits advertising data if you accept. Refusing does not limit your use of the site or your ability to send an enquiry.

To change your mind: clear this site's data in your browser settings (in Chrome: the padlock next to the address → Cookies and site data → delete). The banner will reappear on your next visit and you can choose again.
Who else sees your data
- Web3Forms — delivers the enquiry form to our mailbox.
- Google — receives advertising measurement data, but only if you accepted. Google may process this outside Madagascar, including in the United States.
- SiteGround — hosts this website and keeps standard server access logs.
We do not use any other analytics, tracking, chat, or social media pixels on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes an order, the records are kept for 10 years to meet accounting and export-documentation obligations.
Advertising measurement data is retained by Google according to its own retention settings for our account.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Write to sales@madagascar-market.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data we will update this page and the date at the top.
